​ We have direct access to photographers, videographers, catering, bartenders, tents and any other wedding essentials.

Supply/Grocery pick up -
Pre-checkin in set up

This is a service we offer for guest traveling from out of town or any guest just wanting a simplified check-in. we are happy to pick up any pre-ordered supplies, deliver and put it all away for you.

Additional Guests -
Over 12 and up to 16 max

There is a $125.00 per person per night for guest over 12vand up to 16 staying at The Sea Lion. Some exceptions apply for events, weddings or larger functions depending on occupancy.

Cleaning Fee -
Event,  Function  or Wedding

The event cleaning fee is for any function being held at The Sea Lion or combined booking outside of standard occupancy. Cleaning fee is dependant of size of wedding or event.

Reception - 
Day After Brunch or BBQ

Outside standard occupancy - prices may very depending on group size. Pricing is similar to event pricing. It is dependant on attendees, type of  Day After Brunch or additional event that is being hosted.

Cleaning Fee -
Max Capacity Stay

This cleaning fee is for any booking that includes the entire porters and all three accommodations. Includes: Max 22 guests

Daily Cleaning Service -
Charged Per Hour

We offer an additional cleaning service if our guest are staying for longer periods or simply want a daily cleaning service durning their stay, This is per hour per cleaner.

Set-up and storage for events or is a blank canvas to to bring your wedding, event or retreat to fruitions.

Pricing depends on the nature of the function and  group size.

Event Staff / Coordinator

This is a base fee for The Sea Lion Estate event coordinator to assist in events, parties or functions if required.

Daily Linen Service -
Daily Linen and Towels

Daily linen turn over and towel service  - prices will be reflective on the requirements of your boo0king and is based on occupancy. There is a min fee of 225.00 per day if this service is required.

Welcome Dinner -
Rehearsal Dinner or Event

Outside standard occupancy - prices may vary depending on group size  Pricing is similar to event pricing. It is dependant on attendees, type of  rehearsal, or additional event that is being hosted.
